• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

• Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 10 business days
  Note: Delivery time may vary based on location and unforeseen logistics delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹49.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status in real time.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India.

• Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or re-shipments.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages
