At JupiterBeanBag, we want you to love your bean bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and original packaging.

Return is only applicable for manufacturing defects, wrong items sent, or damaged-in-transit items.
Important: We do not accept returns for bean bags that have been used, damaged due to improper use, or custom-made products unless they are defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Clear images of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the product is found used or tampered with, no refund will be issued.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as we usually dispatch within 24 hours.

Once the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Products with physical damage caused after delivery
